How i wish youtube will remove the "not interested" and "don't recommend channel" button because others may use it to sabotage other channel. Especially in the Philippines where the cancel culture is rampant.

Hay Lauren, once again i am fighting with an erroneous content creator claiming rights and revenue to music I bought and for which I have a license. I know YT says it stays out of such copyright challenges, but YT also said they would crack down on those who wrongly claim music. What are you doing to weed out obviously bogus claims that tie up the time and resources of content creators?

I wish people could support small channels so they grow. I am trying so hard and spent quite a lot just so I get noticed or get a comment. People always go to those who made tons of money, money goes to money they say…

I've wanted a course feature before I even started making tutorials, this is by far my favorite addition to RUclips since I started. I have made a few 4 part tutorial series that I have bundled together in a playlist, but now being able to place them in a course, and where viewers can earn a badge to show their progression in completing a course is just fantastic. I already have a couple of courses ready to be recorded in the pipeline, and now this new feature has hyped me up, I really look forward to using it. My channel has way over half videos 100% made by myself and the other half also 100% reproduced by myself yet I have been demonetized for reused content. The videos that are reproduced by myself involved a lot of work as they were not digital videos they were originally analogue and to even be able to upload them to RUclips they had to be transformed and rerecorded into a digital format. The spin on my channel is also significantly different from a standard Karaoke channel as mine is aimed as a deaf aid for deaf people to be able to appreciate songs with beat-synced words. Also included are genres that are not common and translated lyric-synced lyrics which allows the deaf person who in most cases only knows one language to understand the song lyrically in time. The whole channel is therefore significantly different as well as educational and a deaf aid. Commentary is not limited to verbal using karaoke as an application to bring lyrics to music is commentary in itself. The synced lyrics are the commentary, and the translations are commentary and reproducing something that would have died as the machines and the disks no longer work and are nowhere to be purchased transforming those into a digital format is immortalizing them and using them for deaf aid is an exceptional tool. The deaf then finally align words with beats they feel and can either play an instrument or sing. Demonetizing my channel and yet still having advertising on my videos I regard as totally unfair and therefore appeal that my channel is remonetized. Here is the sequence of events: 1. My channel suddenly had a huge viewer count dip. I contacted support as this was not right. Straight after that, I received a Strike in 7 years a strike straight after a complaint. 2. I contacted support as we do not get street mail and AdSense is a standard posting to verify street addresses so I won't be getting this post. I also complained that RUclips was allowing third-party programs to download our content which influenced our revenue, Also brought forward that I discovered several songs registered as owned by people other than the owners and have screen print examples such as Beatles and Prince. Straight after that, I received a guidelines warning with the prospect of a strike. 3. I contacted to advise that I could have possibly found the reason for the dip and that I had not only found many songs registered to other owners but that several channels using logos content footage fraudulently. Also, I was asked to complete a survey in which I mentioned I was totally dissatisfied with the non-assistance and that all assistance so far sounded and behaved like automated not just copy-pasting with no interest in the problem. Straight after that I was DEMONETIZED. As it was the third thing in a row I am led to believe that if we contact support with any kind of bonefied complaint your channel is immediately affected. I forgot to mention that the dip also came straight after contacting support.

Wanted to say I love the 'Test and Compare' feature! It would be even more powerful if it could also test thumbnail-title pairs together. A/B testing just thumbnails is a big step forward, but combining it with title testing could really help us find the perfect match for our content.

Would this course feature include premium membership or not, if the creator of the course wants some of the content to be paid as on websites like Udemy and other platforms. If he wants to mark some of the videos in the course playlist as premium or members area only. If this would happen, this could lead to support creators for future appreciation.
